Easy Rocky Road
Ingredients
- 15 lg. marshmallows
- 1 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 2 c. (12 ounce.) chocolate chips
Directions
- Grease 8 inch square pan with butter. Cut marshmallows into quarters with wet scissors. Arrange marshmallows proportionately in pan. Heat peanut butter and chocolate chips in saucepan, mixing together. Pour melted mix over marshmallows. Chill for about 30 min before cutting into squares.
