    A sumptuous dessert that I make for my family. This is an all time favorite from my circle of friends too. I get requests to do this over and over again!

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups evaporated milk
    • 3 Eggs
    • 1 cup condensed milk
    • 4 pcs of white tasty bread
    • 4 tbsp white sugar
    • 1 tsp Vanilla ext

    Directions

    1. Combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, and bread. Mix in a blender or whisk it until only small lumps are visible.
    2. Caramelize the sugar in a small round aluminum baking pan. Let it sit for a few minutes to crystalize.
    3. Pour in the batter onto the caramelized sugar.
    4. Put the pan with the mixture on a steamer and cook for 30mins.
    5. Remove the pan from the steamer and let it cool on a cooling rack.
    6. Once cool, place in the fridge to chill.
    7. Once chilled, turn it over onto a serving plate.
    8. Serve chilled as snack or dessert.
    9. Tip: adjust the sweetness according to your sweetness level
