Easy Pina Colada Cake

- 1 box Pillsbury pineapple cake mix
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- scant cup water (add juice from pineapple)
- 1 can buttercream frosting
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
Directions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour cake pan (s)
- beat eggs with oil, add the pineapple and water, then the cake mix.
- Stir until lumps are gone, pour into pan (s).
- Bake until center is done (toothpick test)
- Let cake cool completely.
- Spread on frosting, sprinkle on coconut.
