Easy Hors D'oeuvre Appetizer Balls
Ingredients
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound bulk sausage
Directions
- Combine ingredients, mix till well blended. Shape into small walnut size balls.
- Place on broiler type pan (to drain off fat from sausage). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min. Makes four dozen appetizer balls.
