Easy Fruit Cocktail Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or possibly to taste)
Directions
- Mix flour, sugar, lowfat milk, vanilla and cinnamon with a whisk util well blended. Drain fruit cocktail and pour into a 9x9 inch baking dish or possibly round casserole.
- Pour flour mix over top and spread proportionately with spoon.
- Bake at 350F for approximately 30 min or possibly till golden.
