    Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberries

    The simplest recipe for chocolate dipped strawberries. Or other fruit! Could be used with cherries as well.

    Ingredients

    • 5 ounces dark chocolate
    • 5 ounces milk chocolate
    • 1 pound strawberries, whole, with leaves

    Directions

    1. Melt chocolate together. If you don't have a double boiler (which I don't), use two sauce pans -- one bottom pan with an inch or two of boiling water in it, and another pan on top with the chocolate in it. Be sure the top pan doesn't touch the boiling water. Stir frequently.
    2. Wash and dry the strawberries.
    3. Dip strawberries by holding onto the leaves and giving a little twirl as you lift it out of the chocolate.
    4. Place dipped strawberries on the cookie sheet, and set in refrigerater to cool and harden.
