Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu With Stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 6 skinned boneless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slices ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
- Boil florets, water, and butter till tender, not mushy. Fold in stuffing and let stand 5-10 min. In Pyrex baking dish sprayed with Pam; add in breasts, salt and pepper, ham, and cheese. Top with the stuffing mix. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 min. Take from oven and pour 1 jar of warmed chicken gravy over top.
