Easy Cherry Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 1 can cherry or possibly blueberry pie filling
Directions
- Mix crackers, sugar, and butter well. Reserve 1/2 c. crumbs. Pat remainder in 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip cream; add in marshmallows and stir in pie filling. Pour over crumb crust. Sprinkle on reserved crumbs. Store overnight in refrigerator; cut in squares and serve.
