Easy Cheesy Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 2 pound bag southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Put potatoes in a cake pan. Mix soups, onion and lowfat sour cream together and pour over potatoes. Stir once and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min.
