Easy Breakfast Nacho Bake
Ingredients
- 8 ounce bulk breakfast sausage cooked, liquid removed, and crumbled
- 4 lrg Large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pkt tortilla chips coarsely crumbled
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 16 ounce Ortega salsa - homestyle recipe (mild)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sausage, Large eggs and green onions in medium bowl.
- Pour butter in medium baking dish; add in sausage mix. Top with chips; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 12 min or possibly till Large eggs are set and cheese is melted; top with salsa.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
