    Ingredients

    • 3 cups all purpose flour
    • 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 (12 oz) can of beer hot.. I microwave in a mug for 45-60 seconds

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Mix flour, sugar, and beer together.
    3. Pour into greased bundt pan.
    4. Bake for 45 minutes.
    5. Pour melted butter over bread (while still in pan; you may poke holes in bread with a fork to get the butter way down in there).
    6. Bake for 10 more minutes.
    7. Let cool for as long as you can stand it.
