Easy Asparagus Soup
Ingredients
- 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of asparagus soup
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 3 dsh Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp Celery salt
- 1 c. Lowfat milk Asparagus tips (optional)
- 4 tsp Finely minced green onions
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Add in minced asparagus tips, if you like. Refrigeratefor at least 4 hrs before serving. Garnish each serving with 1 tsp. of finely minced green onions.
- Yield: 4 servings.
