Dutch Apple Salad

- 2 x red apples, cored and diced with skin on
- 2 c. cooked beef, diced
- 1 lrg dill pickle, diced
- 4 c. cooked potatoes, diced
- 1 x onion, diced
- 1/4 c. low fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. oil and vinegar dressing
Directions
- DirectionsMix ingredients. Serve over lettuce.
- Garnish with pickled vegetables or possibly chutney if you like.
