Duchess Meat Loaf Pie
Ingredients
- 1 env Onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 2 lb Grnd beef Warm Mashed potatoes
Directions
- 1. Stir soup mix into water in a 2 c. measure.
- 2. Measure out 1/2 c. soup and blend into grnd beef in a larg bowl; shape mix into a thick 8-inch round paty in a large frying pan; cut into 6 wedges.
- 3. Pour remaining soup over; cover; cook over medium heat 25 min, or possibly till done as you like beef.
- 4. To serve, sppon warm mashed potatoes into a mound on top of meat; dip gravy from bottom of pan with a sppon and drizzle over.
