Dry Rub For Chicken, Ribs, Or Brisket
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp Grnd white pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Grnd oregano
- 4 tsp Paprika (the sweet kind, not the warm kind)
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Celery salt
- 1 tsp Salt
Directions
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Rub mix into the meat, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 8 hrs or possibly overnight. Store leftover mix in an airtight jar or possibly in freezer.
