Dry Rub
I use this rub for fish, Chicken, Pork and Beef. Ingredients
- Brown Sugar- 1cup
- Paprika- 1/8 cup
- Granulated Garlic- 1/8 cup
- Granulated Onion-1/8cup
- Black Pepper-1/8 cup
- Chile Powder-2 Tablespoons
- Coco Powder-1 Tablespoons
- Cumin-1 Tablespoons
- Dry Oreganio-1 Tablespoon
- Dry Thyme-1 Tablespoon
- Crushed Red Pepper-1Teaspoon
- Cayenne pepper-1Teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg-1/2 Teaspoon
- Ground Cloves-1/8 Teaspoon
Directions
- Measure each ingreadent and add to a bowl.
- You can run the Oreganio Thyme and Crushed red pepers through a spice grinder but not necessary.
- Blend all ingrediants and place in air tight container.
- Use as needed.
- You will notice no salt. That is because I left it out. If you want salt use Kosher and add a 1/8 of a cup.
