Drop Donuts
All the flavor without waiting for it to rise! Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Healthy pinch of salt
Directions
- Beat Large eggs with sugar, vanilla, lowfat milk, and salt.
- Add in flour and baking pwdr.
- Drop by tsp. into warm oil (about 350 degrees) in frying pan.
- Brown on both sides, being careful not to fry too fast so the inside gets done.
