  • Double Chocolate Brownie Drops

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/3 c. Crisco Shortening (butter flavor)
    • 1 c. granulated sugar
    • 2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1 tbsp. vanilla
    • 2 Large eggs
    • 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    • 2/3 c. cocoa
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
    • 1 1/2 c. lg. walnut or possibly pecan pcs
    • 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pcs
    • 1/2 c. white chocolate baking pcs

    Directions

    1. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. 2. Combine Crisco, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat 1 minute or possibly till creamy.
    3. 3. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Beat 30 seconds after each addition.
    4. 4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to creamed mix.
    5. 5. Stir in nuts and chocolate pcs.
    6. 6. Drop 2 Tbsp. of dough onto ungreased baking sheet to create each cookie. Place 6 to 8 cookies on baking sheet at a time. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 min. Cold 2 min on baking sheet. Remove to cooling racks.
