Donna's Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 c. Minature marshmellows
- 1 x 12oz Jar Jiffy Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
Directions
- This is a recipe made in a electric skillet.
- Combine sugar, butter and lowfat milk. Set temp at 280 . Stor constantly and boil 5 - 7 min. Turn heat off and add in marshmellows, Peanut Butter, and vanilla. Blend together and then pour into a 8in square pan that has been buttered. Let cold before cutting.
