Dolcelatte, Curry And Herb Dip
Ingredients
- 450 ml Soured cream, (3/4 pint)
- 150 gm Dolcelatte, crumbled (5z)
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Mild curry paste
- 1 x Red pepper, diced
- 1 x 50 grams ful fat soft cheese, (2oz)
- 1 sm Onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. Freshly minced mixed herbs
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato puree Salt and freshly grnd black pepper Vegetable crudites and sliced pitta bread To serve : vegetable crudities and sliced pitta bread.
Directions
- 1. Divide the soured cream between 3 small bowls. To one bowl, add in the dolcelatte and lemon juice, to the second bowl, add in 2 Tbsp. mayonaise, curry paste and red pepper. To the third bowl add in the full fat soft cheese, onion, herbs and tomato puree.
- 2. Add in seasoning to taste to each of the bowls and mix well. Transfer the dips to serving dishes and serve chilled with vegetable crudities and sliced pitta bread.
- NOTES : A delicious refreshing dip,ideal for parties, or possibly as a starter for a spicy meal.
