Dip For Fresh Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 3 green onions (about 4 inches in length)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
Directions
- Chop onions and parsley in blender. Add in remaining ingredients, blend till mixed and light green in color. Use for dipping any vegetables.
