Dilled Radish And Asparagus Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 4 c. Fusilli pasta, uncooked
- 1 sm Bunch asparagus, trimmed, in 1 1/2" pcs, 8 ounces
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, in small cubes
- 6 ounce Radishes, sliced or possibly halved (1 1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh dill
- 8 ounce Bottle fat-free ranch dressing
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; add in asparagus to pasta water for the last 3 min of cooking time. Drain fusilli and asparagus; cold under cool running water. Transfer to large bowl; stir in cheese, radishes and dill. Add in dressing, stirring to coat thoroughly. Keep refrigerated till ready to serve.
- Serves 4.
