Dice Pork With Peas And Potatoes
Ingredients
- Diced pork
- Peas & juice
- Potatoes
- Onions
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat extra virgin olive oil with cover on. Fry onions with cover on. Add in diced pork with cover on then after pork is 1/2 cooked, add in peas and juice, still with cover on. Add in diced potatoes. (Keep cover on at all times.)
