Diabetic Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/3 c. dry cocoa
- 1 1/4 c. cool water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 teaspoon liquid sucaryl
Directions
- Combine cocoa, water, and salt in a saucepan. Mix till smooth. Bring to a boil and simmer gently till smooth and thick. Allow to cold 10 min. Add in vanilla and sweetener. Store covered in refrigerator. Stir well before using. One Tbsp. equals 9 calories.
