Delicious Cannellini Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 29 oz. can of cannellini beans – drained
- 1 green tomato
- 1 samll jalapeño – with seeds
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Use with fresh fruit, chips or as a spread on you favorite bread.
