Deep Fat Fry Fish Batter
Ingredients
- 3/4 to 1 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
Directions
- Dry fish fillets with paper towels. Mix flour, dill week and salt together. Add in baking soda and vinegar. Add in water till right consistency to dip fish fillets. Deep fat fry as usual.
