Curried Shrimp Goong Pad Pong Garee
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 x chopped garlic cloves
- 8 ounce shrimp, shelled, deveined
- 1 tsp curry pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce, (nam pla)
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. slivered green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. slivered red bell pepper
- 1/4 c. sweet basil leaves
- 1/4 c. sliced onions
Directions
- The subtle flavor of the curry compliments the fresh flavor of the shrimp very well in this quick and easy recipe.
- Heat a large skillet and add in the oil, garlic and shrimp. Saute/fry for 1 minute.
- Add in all the other ingredients and cook for 2 min.
- Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
