  • Cuban Hamburgers

    Topped with ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles, this is a great new recipe to try.

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. Ground Chuck
    • 4 Hamburger buns
    • 8 Thin Slices of Swiss Cheese
    • 8 Thin Slices of Ham
    • Pickles
    • 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
    • 1 tbsp. Spicy Mustard
    • Pressed Garlic
    • Salt & Pepper

    Directions

    1. Make 4 hamburger patties and add salt and pepper to your taste. Place them on the grill. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, spicy mustard, pressed garlic, salt and pepper. Add the slices on Swiss cheese on the patties just before they’re done, to melt. Spread the sauce on the top of the bun. Add the burger, and add one or two slices of ham and the pickles. Lay a second slice of cheese on top before adding the top bun.
    2. Wrap each burger in aluminum foil, and place back on the grill. Leave on the grill, until the bread is crispy.
    3. And Enjoy!
