  • Crockpot Stuffing

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 c. Margerine
    • 1 c. Minced onion
    • 1 c. Minced celery
    • 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
    • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Sage
    • 1/4 tsp Thyme or possibly marjarom
    • 8 ounce Canned mushrooms
    • 6 1/2 c. Bread cubes, dry
    • 10 1/2 ounce Can cream of chicken soup With water added to equal 2 c.
    • 1 x Egg, well beaten

    Directions

    1. Saute/fry onions, celery and mushrooms in margerine till tender, approximately 7 min. Combine all ingredients. Add in egg last. Pour mix into crockpot, cover, cook on high 45 min. Turn heat to low for 5 to 8 hrs. Determine if you should use full amount of liquid by the moistness of the cubes. For large recipe 13 to 14 c., double all ingredients except soup.
