Crockpot Pork And Cabbage
Ingredients
- 6 x Pork Loin Chops, trimmed Salt Pepper
- 4 c. Coarsely Shredded Cabbage
- 4 x Tart Apples, cored & diced
- 1/2 sm Onion, minced
- 2 whl Cloves
- 1/2 sm Bay Leaf
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Season pork chops lightly with salt and pepper; set aside. Place cabbage, apples, and onion in Crockpot. Add in remaining ingredients, except pork chops. toss together well to proportionately distribute spices. Arrange pork chops on top of cabbage mix, stacking to fit. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hrs.
