  • Crock Pot Lemon Chicken 2

    Ingredients

    • 6 x Chicken Thighs Without Skin or possibly pcs, cut up
    • 1/2 c. Flour mixed with
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
    • 3 Tbsp. Catsup
    • 3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
    • 6 ounce Lemonade, Frzn Concentrate
    • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch mixed with
    • 1/4 c. water

    Directions

    1. Dredge the chicken in flour mixed with salt. Shake off excess and brown in a warm skillet. Remove chicken and put in the crockpot. Mix the
    2. lemonade, brown sugar, vinegar (use regular vinegar if you prefer) and catsup and pour over the chicken. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs. When ready to serve, remove the chicken to a hot platter and thicken the sauce
    3. with the cornstarch/water solution, and serve along with the chicken.
    4. This is EXCELLENT and quick and easy.
