Crock Pot Barbecued Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 c. catsup
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 frzn boiler-fryer chicken thighs, or possibly any favorite chicken parts
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in crock pot. Add in frzn chicken. Cook on high for 8 to 10 hrs with lid on. Serve over rice. If you like, thicken sauce with cornstarch. Serves 4.
