Crispy Potato Cubes
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 5 medium potatoes, pelled and cut into 1" cubes
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Combine flour, salt, thyme, marjoram & pepper in a bag. Add potates and shake to coat. Pour butter into a 9x13" baking dish, stir in the garlic. Add potatoes and bay leaf. Cover and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and stir. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until potatoes are lightly browned. Discard bay leaf
