Crispy Eggs And Bacon
Ingredients
- 6 slc Bacon
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Small croutons
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk or possibly light cream
Directions
- Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble coarsley. Reserve bacon drippings.
- Measure 1 Tablespoons reserved drippings into skillet. Add in croutons; heat and stir until brown and crisp; remove from skillet. Add in another 1 Tablespoons drippings to skillet. Slightly beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper; pour into skillet. Cook and stir until almost set. Gently stir in crumbled bacon and croutons. Cook till just set.
