Crispy Baked Chicken Breasts
Crispy and moist! Absolutely delicious. Ingredients
- 4 (1/4 lb.) boneless & skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Brush chicken breast halves with mayonnaise.
- Dredge chicken in bread crumbs, and place on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 min or until chicken is done and coating is crispy.
