Crispy Baked Barbecued Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 to 3 pound chicken wings, cut apart or possibly 2 to 3 pound drummettes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients. Add in salt and pepper to taste to the crumb mix. Brush drummettes or possibly wings with butter, and shake 4 or possibly 5 at a time in a covered bowl to coat with crumbs.
- Arrange on shallow baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 50 min. Don't TURN. Use as an appetizer or possibly main course. (Double crumb recipe, if necessary.)
