Crisp Skillet Chicken With Gravy
Ingredients
- 6 lbs. chicken parts
- Seasoned flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 3 cans Franco-American chicken gravy
Directions
- Dust chicken with flour. In skillet brown chicken in butter. Add in water. Cover. Cook slow 45 min. Uncover last 10 min to crisp chicken.
- Remove to platter. Add in gravy. Heat, stirring to loosen browned bits. Serve with chicken. 12 servings.
