healthy Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 8 ounces skim milk
- 2 tablespoons of splenda
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Directions
- preheat oven to 350
- beat egg slightly
- add the rest of ingredients and beat until combined
- pour into 2 small dishes
- place dishes in bigger casserole
- ad one inch of hot water to bigger casserole
- bake for 50 mins to 1 hour
