Creamy Spinach Bake
Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & well liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. commercial cream
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce.) env. onion soup mix
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Fry bacon till crisp; drain on paper towel and immediately wind 3 slices to make curls. Let cold. Crumble other slices and set aside.
- Combine spinach, lowfat sour cream and soup mix; stir well. Spoon in a lightly greased 1 qt casserole. Sprinkle cheese over spinach mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Top with bacon curls and crumbled bacon. Yield 6 servings.
