Creamy Scrambled Eggs

- 18 eggs (1-1/2 dozen)
- 1-2/3 cup milk
- 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2-cup butter (1 stick)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and salt.
- Melt 1 stick of butter and pour into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking pan. You may also melt this right in the pan in the oven, if you wish.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Cut the cream cheese into small pieces and stir in to the hot egg mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake 10 more minutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Serves 12.
