Creamy Pumpkin Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 can solid-pack pure pumpkin - (16 ounce)
- 1 pkt instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix - (6-serv size)
- 1/4 c. low-fat (1%) lowfat milk
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 2 c. frzn light whipped topping thawed
Directions
- In a medium bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat the pumpkin, pudding mix, lowfat milk, and cinnamon till well blended.
- Mix in the whipped topping till thoroughly blended, then spoon into a serving bowl. Cover loosely and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
- This recipe yields 10 servings.
