Creamy Chicken Casserole Ii
Ingredients
- 2 c. minced cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 1/2 c. warm cooked Minute premium white rice
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 3/4 c. Kraft Mayo real mayonnaise
- 3 x hard-cooked Large eggs minced
- 1/4 c. finely-minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c. Post Toasties corn flakes
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted
Directions
- Mix chicken, rice, soup, mayo, Large eggs, onion and salt in large bowl. Spoon into 1 1/2-qt casserole.
- Top with combined corn flakes and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
