Creamy Chai Smoothie
This is a delicious drink that can be the base for a protein shake or simply a dessert. Ingredients
- 4 cups Sesame Seed milk
- 1.5 Tablespoons Frank's Finest Chai Spice
- 1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1⁄4 cup soaked raisins or sweetener to taste
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy.
