Creamed Broccoli And Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker creamed potatoes
- 2 c. cut up cooked chicken
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn minced broccoli
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix potatoes, sauce mix, chicken, lowfat milk, water, salt, pepper and broccoli. Spread proportionately in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, till potatoes are tender, about 55 to 60 min at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, till cheese is melted, about 1 minute more. 6 servings.
