Cream Of Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Medium shell pasta cooked
- 4 x Fresh mushrooms, minced
- 1/4 x Onion, minced
- 1/4 bag frzn peas Fresh diced carrots, (optional)
- 1 can Reduced fat cream of mushroom soup Shredded cheddar
Directions
- Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in pam w/pepper, garlic pwdr, and thyme. Mix sauteed veggies with pasta, cream of mushroom soup and frzn peas in a Pam sprayed casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar and bake at 450 for 20 - 30 min.....Enjoy!
