Cream of Cow cheese with anchovies
Ingredients
- 1 can of anchovies in olive oil “Cantabria en tu boca” – 1 creamy cheese “Cantabria en tu boca” or 1 smoked creamy cheese “Cantabria en tu boca”.
Directions
- First step cut the cheese in small cubes and mix with 4 or 5 anchovies until you have a creamy paste.
- Gradually add more anchovies into the cheese until you have a uniform color and yo can see pieces of anchovies in the mix.
- Cut slices of toast and served all together.
