  • Cream Corn Bake

    This is a dish that can be used as a side dish or as a cassarole, just by adding ham to the dish. This dish may be used with or without Pimintos

    Ingredients

    • 2 cans of cream style corn
    • 1 whole single package of saltine crackers
    • 2 Tablespoons of Pimintos, chopped fine.
    • 4 Tablespoons of butter--melted
    • Salt & pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Start by mixing the corn and melted butter together.
    2. Next break up the crackers as you would for soup... small pieces.
    3. Add the pimintos, and mix well.
    4. The pimintos may be salty enough that you will not need anymore salt. Taste test first.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min
