Cream Cheese Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 1 pkt of large flour tortillas
- 1 x 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. green olives, finely minced Minced jalapenos, to taste Louisiana Warm Sauce, to taste
Directions
- Let cream cheese sit at room temperature till soft. Grate Cheddar cheese. Mix cheeses, olives, jalapenos and warm sauce well and spread lightly on tortilla, covering the entire tortilla. Roll up tightly till the tortilla looks like a tube, and repeat the process with each tortilla. Chill tortilla rolls for at least one hour. Take out and cut into 1-inch pinwheels.
