Cream Cheese Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Cake flour, sifted
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr Powdered sugar
Directions
- 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2. With electric mixer on medium speed blend together cream cheese, butter and granulated sugar.
- 3. On low speed blend in Large eggs.
- 4. Combine cake flour and baking pwdr; add in to cheese mix and blend till smooth.
- 5. Pour into buttered and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- 6. Bake 1 hour and 20 min till golden.
- 7. When cold sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
