Crawfish Corn Maquechoux (Pronounced Mach Shoe)
Ingredients
- 4 can (12 ounce) white whole kernel corn, liquid removed.
- 1 x Block butter (yes, which's 4 sticks)
- 1 x Bell pepper, minced
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Fresh tomato, diced
- 1/2 lb Crawfish tails (about 5 lbs whole) Seasonings (you know....pepper and salt)
Directions
- In large sauce pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add in all remaining ingredients except the crawfish and cook covered till corn is beginning to be tender.
- Taste it and adjust your seasonings. Add in crawfish for the last 10 min and cook till corn is tender.
